If you have a question about your loss, want to get something scheduled (like a clearance test), need to rush fifty fans to a flood, or anything else, the first call you always make is to Alicia. As one of our estimators, she is fluent in Xactimate, PTC, and Contractor Connection. Having undergone the IICRC Water Restoration training, Alicia could receive a call, go mitigate it herself, and then come back to the office to do the estimate. Mike is the company spokesman for a variety of different trade groups and local events. He works on a daily basis to promote our message of quality service, workmanship, and education. Mike’s education and background make him an ideal voice for our company. Mike graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing. His work in the restoration industry includes business development, continuing education instructor for mold, fire, and water, project manager - fire, catastrophe team manager, and estimator. Jasmyn is the cornerstone of the entire company. She oversees day to day operations, schedules, employee relations, job progress, and even finds time to help out with business development! Jasmyn has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Business Administration from Howard University. Her ability to apply this education to the wide variety of complications we run into has been invaluable to the team. She see’s potential issues before they happen and ensures that every job is run smoothly and that the customer is beyond satisfied! Nelida helps to oversee the day to day operations of the fire division. She coordinates our fire technicians, tracks the status of fire jobs, manages the warehouse, and helps to initiate solutions when complications come up. Marc Theroux is our day to day lead on water, mold, and biohazard remediation jobs. Marc sets the example for the technicians in terms of professionalism, knowledge, and quality of service.
