Alicia Syverson is one of the newest additions to our Steamatic Family and we are thrilled to have her.  Alicia was born on Eglin Air force Base in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.  Alicia and her family moved to Las Vegas when she was 4 years old and her father, an Air Force sergeant, was accepted to be part of the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds demonstration team.  Alicia graduated from Bonanza High School and was accepted to the College of Southern Nevada on a full ride softball scholarship where she studied Marketing. Her day to day work activities at Steamatic include Account Management, Customer Relations, Marketing, Advertising, and Business Development.

Alicia has been involved in the HOA and Commercial Property and Community management industry for almost a decade.  Several organizations she is involved with include CAI, IREM, BOMA, LVHCA and NAIOP.  Alicia is well versed in the aspects involved in managing properties in the Las Vegas valley.  Alicia is an active member of these various organizations and she sits on a variety of committees throughout each year with each organization to organize and plan community events.  When she is not busy on a committee, Alicia loves to give back to the community in other ways too.  In 2011 one event that Alicia was proud to be a part of was The Rock n Roll marathon annual clothing drive.  During this event, she and several other Steamatic team members collected, transported, and washed over 7,000 lbs of clothing that were donated to several different outreach organizations in the Las Vegas valley.

In Alicia’s spare time she likes to spend it with her family.  Miles, her son is 3 years old who just started playing soccer this winter.  He is a very smart and active little boy who loves to do puzzles and read.  Alicia’s husband, Jonathan, is in school to complete his property management certification next year.
