	The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration produces guidelines that are considered to be national standard operating procedure for most restoration services.  Companies associated with the IICRC are dedicated to creating a higher quality standard in the restoration industry. Top of Page
	The Restoration Industry Association is a professional association comprising more than 1,300 member organizations, representing over 20,000 cleaning and restoration professionals who specialize in the cleaning, treatment and repair of damaged buildings and their contents. RIA members share a commitment to professionalism through a strict Code of Ethics. They are also committed to improving industry standards, as well as ongoing technical research, which is conducted by the RIA's technical staff. Top of Page
	Community Associations Institute (CAI) is a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent, harmonious community associations.  The Nevada Chapter of CAI serves the educational, business, and networking needs of volunteer leaders and professionals throughout the Las Vegas and Reno areas. With over 600 members including nearly 150 business partners, over 200 professional managers and more than 375 Community Association Volunteers, the Nevada Chapter is one of the largest and most active of the 58 chapters in the nation. 	The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) has been the source for education, resources, information and membership for real estate management professionals. A Professional association for managers of income-producing property. Top of Page
	The Las Vegas Highrise & Condominium Association exists to assist and educate the public, the real estate industry, and the development community through an open and honest exchange of non-proprietary information and ideas. LVHCA creates a SYNERGY amongst our members who share their extensive experience, knowledge, expertise, and resources in the condominium and mixed-use development industry to serve as the cohesive authority regarding the Las Vegas market. 	The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) is the nation’s leading trade association for developers, owners, investors, asset managers and other professionals in industrial, office and mixed-use commercial real estate. Founded in 1967, NAIOP comprises 14,500+ members in 53 North American chapters. It provides networking opportunities, educational programs, research on trends and innovations and strong legislative representation. Top of Page
	The object of the Nevada State Claims Association shall be to guide the activities of insurance adjusters in Nevada in such a way as to maintain the dignity of the profession; to establish standards of conduct and technical abilities; to encourage cooperation and foster cordial relations among them; to improve adjusting methods; to encourage educational efforts in all subjects relating to adjusting and to promote the general welfare of the insurance business. The Mission of the organization is to be a professional association dedicated to the enhancement of engineering, maintenance, operations and management of commercial, institutional and industrial facilities.
